Chicken with Tall Flower Assemblage Sculpture

This assemblage art piece features a highly detailed, handmade ceramic chicken with 2 ceramic beads as quirky tail feathers. A huge rusty nail serves as the flower stem for a beautiful ceramic yellow flower with two interesting ceramic leaves. They are perched on an old black walnut log round. The ceramic pieces feature complex, multi-step glazing process to make them appear aged and worn. All ceramic pieces were handmade in my pottery studio.
